Blood –The most important element of the human body. It regulates body temperature and carries oxygen to our tissues. It fights against infection. It maintains the acidity level of the body and removes toxins from the body. But for many reasons, our blood gets polluted day by day. Taking too much process food, having too much salty and spicy food, drinking less water are the main reasons of impure blood. But here are some foods which are easily available and having them you can naturally clean your blood. So let's start.



1. Garlic
Garlic and especially raw garlic is loaded with sulfur, which removes toxins from the body. Garlic fights blood clots, lowers blood sugar, bad cholesterol and balances LDL and HDL ratio.
